My First Experience

                                                      Vande Matram

I am here to share my experience of the Training and promise to help you out in all ways I can.
Last year the training was conducted in our college.
In the demo itself the energy, the spark was generated by the Master in each person present there and we realised power of the forgotten words"VANDE MATRAM".
Master demonstrated and taught most important basics in just 5 minutes. We were amused to see most sophisticate girls among us practising the techniques so perfectly when called by the Master on stage. 
After the demo we were into the discussion that in just few mins we learned defence skills now what else is remaining. Also, it left us with the feeling that if few mins can build up such confidence than what wonders can 7 days training do.
No Wonder, the best was still to come............................
